What To Expect

The Call

Twenty minutes by phone to talk through your history, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping for. Dr. Grisanti will explain how Chinese medicine approaches your concerns and what treatment might look like - so you feel settled before you ever book a visit.

Your First Visit (Intake)

Your first session runs a full ninety minutes: a thorough health review, physical assessment with pulse and tongue diagnosis, and a treatment plan shaped to you - followed by your first full treatment.

Before You Book

New patients begin with an Intake The 90-minute Intake is required for every new patient — it sets an accurate, safe baseline.

Follow-up eligibility Follow-ups are for active patients seen within the past twelve months.

Home visits by request Home visits are arranged by email and depend on location. Please write to lauren@grisantiacupuncture.com.

Cancellations Kindly give at least 24 hours' notice for any change, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Referrals Active patients receive 15% off their next treatment when someone they refer completes an intake.
